User Manual

Quick guide for each role. Expand a section to see step-by-step flows.

CEO

Review renewals: Go to CEO Renewals. Use the status pills to spot cases that are READY_FOR_CEO.

Open a case: Click Open. Review salary deltas, peer comparison, performance snapshot, and manager justification.

Decide: Approve or Reject with notes. Approved cases unlock signing.

Sign offer: Use the PDF signer to place signatures and finalize the signed document.

Impersonate: Go to Users and click Impersonate to view other roles. Use the topbar Stop Impersonation to return.

Admin settings: Update app version, email settings, and default due days under Admin Settings.

HR

Create a case: Go to New Renewal. Upload the offer letter to auto-fill fields, then complete any missing data.

Upload documents: In a case, add offer letters or performance reports under Upload Document.

Request justification: Use Case Actions to send a manager request or generate a guest link.

Mark ready: After all inputs are present, click Mark Ready for CEO.

Monitor status: Track each case status on the HR Renewals board.

Manager

View requests: Open Manager Requests to see your assigned cases and due dates.

Submit justification: Open a case and complete the Submit Justification form with recommendation and notes.

Update: You can edit until the case is signed. Once signed, the form becomes read-only.

Guest Manager

Open link: Use the secure justification link provided by HR.

Submit: Provide recommendation and justification. You’ll see a confirmation message after submission.

Expiry: Links are time-limited. If expired, request a new link from HR.

Admin Tasks (CEO only)

User management: Create users, activate/deactivate accounts, and impersonate for support.

Audit log: Review sensitive actions under Audit Log.

Notifications: All roles can view notifications under Notifications.
